Packaging

We personally handle the packaging of every original art piece and limited edition print in our studio. Each piece undergoes careful wrapping in acid-free plastic and is shielded by sturdy double-walled cardboard before being placed in custom-made containers. This meticulous process guarantees that your art piece is safeguarded from potential damage during transit.

Free Shipping

Shipping is free to the 48 contiguous states within the USA. Please contact the artist for custom shipping costs for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.

Shipping Times

Please note that processing times may fluctuate, but our goal is to dispatch all orders promptly. Upon shipping, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress to your destination. Original paintings are typically shipped within 1-3 business days while handling times for art prints may vary slightly, generally ranging from 2-3 days.

Delivery Issues

Although we have successfully shipped hundreds of original artworks over the years and have seldom experienced issues, we understand that problems may occasionally occur. If you have any issues with your delivery, please contact us immediately so we can help resolve the situation.

Delays

Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control. In the event of a delay due to unforeseen circumstances, we will promptly notify you and take measures to mitigate the impact of the delay.

Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Contact us to initiate the return process. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if the item isn't returned in its original condition. Refunds will be issued after the return is received. Kindly note that original shipping costs will not be refunded.

  • Original condition means the artwork must not be damaged, altered, or exposed to environmental conditions (e.g., moisture or direct sunlight) that may affect its quality.

  • Custom orders, personalized pieces, and sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded

Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact us to initiate cancellation. Please note that custom orders cannot be canceled once production has commenced

When you purchase an original painting or a limited edition print, you acquire the physical piece to admire and appreciate. However, it's important to note that while you own the artwork itself, you do not obtain the copyright. This means that the owner of the artwork doesn't have the right to reproduce it in any form, whether for profit or personal use. The rights to reproduce the artwork remain with the artist.

What if the purchased artwork arrives damaged?

If the artwork arrives damaged, please photograph it before and after opening, along with the item. Please send us the photos along with a description of the damage. We will promptly review this material, and if it is determined that the damage occurred during shipping, we will issue the refund with no questions asked.

How can I be confident I will like my painting when I can't see it in person before buying it?

We are committed to presenting our artwork with the highest clarity and quality on our product pages. The images undergo professional imaging and color correction to represent the original pieces accurately. Please be aware that colors and details may vary depending on the screen and device used for viewing. Product images that depict the artwork in real-world settings have been generated using a digital visualization tool. The proportions and dimensions in these images may not be completely accurate.
